By the end of 2018, Microsoft is to add recording a video meeting and playing back selected fragments by timecodes and verbal description.

The tool allows sharing online work so that each member of the team can check what is still to be done. They can also edit the plan and mark a swap with another member of the team.

With the search box in a prominent place, in the Edge, Bing, Windows and Office, you can always find the data you need with just one click. Search also allows you to browse for, e.g. accommodation for business trips.

Thanks to artificial intelligence in Microsoft 365 presentations will win the hearts of even the most demanding audience. PowerPoint’s new feature, Ideast, gives the user ideas for eye-catching visual creations. Additional features will also be added to Excel. Apart from listings of tables, it will allow access to information about a company, or stock prices. An additional function of image recognition from a photo or notes will allow transferring data to a spreadsheet.

LinkedIn is a powerful business tool that aggregates information on companies from diverse industries. Given its potential, Microsoft has enabled connecting to a LinkedIn account with Office 365. This allows collaboration on documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with contacts from your network, and sending messages directly from Outlook.
