We are an international company with warehouses placed in various countries. It could occur that the order will ship from outside the UK. An accurate lead time will be provided to you during checkout.

All new and factory refabricated goods come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty conditions may vary depending on the manufacturer.

You have the right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of goods concluded at a distance within 14 days without stating any reason. This applies only to individual customers. For business customers, we take an individual approach depending on the vendor and the origin of the product.

After reporting via our portal, we contact the customer on the same day/next working day. If the application has all the necessary information, we will arrange collection of the defective device on the next working day.

We try to resolve all RMA claims as soon as possible. The process may vary depending on the manufacturer. Usually it does not exceed 21 working days.

Depending on the situation, it can be a few days after the devices have been delivered to our warehouse (e.g. in the case of returns) to a month (e.g. in the case of complaints).

Yes, most manufacturers allow end-user claims. We strongly encourage to raise warranty claims directly with them, as it greatly increases the turnaround.
