Microsoft 365 E7
Digital transformation has made customers focus on how to deploy and manage AI securely rather than “what can AI do?”
Experiments with AI Agents often stop at the pilot stage. This is the main factor that distinguishes these organizations from the so-called “Frontier Firms” that have the ability to harness the full potential of AI from the outset to implement, integrate, and appropriately use to improve the business. Microsoft partners play a key role in a secure implementation, as they are able to implement this initial plan.
Microsodt 365 E7 – Frontier Pack
To support the AI implementation phase, Microsoft is introducing a new Frontier suite – Microsoft 365 E7 and Microsoft Agent 365, which will be available as early as May 1, 2026.
The Microsoft E7 package will include:
- Microsoft 365 E5 – security and productivity
- Microsoft 365 Copilot – AI in everyday work
- Microsoft Entra Suite – identity and access management
- Agent 365 – a platform for managing and supervising AI agents
The new suite is designed to make it easier for businesses to deploy AI securely and scalably, as well as simplify infrastructure and security management.
Microsoft Agent 365 – Your AI Agent Manager in your organization
One of the key elements is Agent 365, which allows organizations to manage AI agents in a similar way to users or applications.
The solution enables:
- controlling agent access to data,
- monitoring their operation,
- management of security policies,
- overseeing the lifecycle of AI agents.
It allows you to deploy AI agents in various systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or other applications while maintaining security policies.
Agent Factory – a place where you will create and scale AI agents
Microsoft introduces the concept of Agent Factory, which allows you to help your organization move faster from experiments to real AI implementation.
Agent Factory provides the tools and resources to:
- creating AI agents,
- developing their functionality,
- deploying them in production environments,
- managing them at scale.
As part of this approach, organizations can use technologies such as:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Fabric
- GitHub
- Azure AI
The goal of the solution is to enable companies to build entire ecosystems of AI agents that support day-to-day business processes.
Summary:
The first wave of AI implementations in companies focused primarily on increasing the efficiency of employees.
Now, the next stage in AI development is beginning that goes beyond just productivity. It involves transforming the way organizations operate, where intelligent AI systems and agents become a permanent part of business processes and daily work.
Microsoft emphasizes that technology partners will play a key role in this change. They will support companies in moving from single experiments with AI to strategic and broad use of its capabilities in business operations.
